Larisa Lemoine Verret is a seasoned financial analyst with extensive experience in corporate finance, grant financial management, and nonprofit financial operations. Originally from Boerne, Texas, she brings a strong analytical and strategic perspective to financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
With a BBA in Business Management from Texas Tech University and graduate studies in Human Resources at the University of North Texas, Larisa held key roles at organizations such as Human Coalition, Horizon Behavioral Services, UPS Freight Services, and CHR Solutions,
spanning the Healthcare, MM&D & Telecom industries. She specializes in financial analysis, forecasting, grant management, and compliance reporting.
Beyond her corporate experience, Larisa has demonstrated leadership in nonprofit and community roles, serving as Treasurer for multiple PTA organizations, The Colony High School Topcat Booster Club, and The Legends Homeowners Association. She was recognized with the Texas PTA Lifetime Member Award and has actively participated in community leadership programs, including The Colony Citizens Police Academy program.
A lifelong Christian with a love for the Lord and a heart for faith-based causes, Larisa is passionate about using her financial expertise to support organizations that make a positive impact. A State of Texas Notary Public, she is committed to financial integrity, strategic planning, and community service. She has been happily married for 28 years to her husband David, and is a proud mother of three grown children, Hannah, Kaylee and Braden, all of whom are Texas Tech Red Raiders.
