Nelson Gene Faraja is a gentle and sweet little one who joined our family in May of 2023. Nelson, meaning champion and after Nelson Mandela, Gene meaning Noble One and honoring the late Robert Eugene Mendonsa, and Faraja, meaning comfort and rest in Swahili, is a precious life we have the privilege of raising.
We praise God for all the ways He has already protected Nelson and are praying he will become a kind, strong man who loves the Lord before all else, and finds comfort and rest in Him.
