Nelvin is easygoing, patient, and a great listener. He dreams of becoming a doctor and the qualities he is growing into will become great strengths as he works toward this goal. Nelvin lives with his mother, who was in our MTOTO Program. Nelvin is the first baby to attend LEAP from MTOTO.
